Abstract

The Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic autoimmune disease of unknownetiology, which presents with varied and non-specific symptoms due to its pathophysiologicalnature, of variable severity depending on the predisposing factor and the organic involvementthat occurs, the present study seeks to objectify the Clinical evolution of a patient diagnosedwith Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), conceptualizing its clinical-epidemiological andtherapeutic characteristics, the behaviors adopted, the evolution of the disease and thecomplications associated with it. This work presents the clinical case of a young patient, 16years old, who was diagnosed with the disease 2 years ago, whose symptoms worsened duringthat period, developing serious complications that ended in her death.
